Side effects - Is this k related or is swim ill?

Swim has been doing a fair bit of k, alot IM with a few bumps thrown in too. Swim been going for as month or two with a few breaks, maybe using 500mg a day, but recently over xmas upto 1-2g a day. Alot IM but the odd bump also.
Last 2 days swim had nauseas vomiting, diarheaha, and some pains in his tummy.
There is a few bugs going round, but swim wondered if kpains could be felt with mainly IM use?

Pains in your tum tums definnitely sounds like k-pains to me. Often tummy bugs like that won't cause actual pain in your stomach, but snorting it (and some of it therefore going into your stomach) will. I don't know if IM would create k-pains, I would have thought no but don't take my word for it. I haven't heard of k usage causing the runs or vomiting for two days, so that could well just be an illness. Either way, stop your (very high) ketamine usage and see if the symptoms calm down. If you are simply ill, banging ketamine won't help you get better

no swims used 300mg today, but has been looking for an eye opener to scare him away for a bit. Swim thinks it must be a tummy bug.
