Health - Too much apap with hydrocodone help.

I have been lurking on the forum for a while but finally decided to create a profile and have an important question.

Earlier today, SWIM scored some hydrocodone from a friend. He wanted to take them immediately and could not do aa cwe because he was in a car. Due to his high opiate tolerance, he took 4 hydros, and took 2 more about 3 hours later. Yes, this is a high amount of apap, SWIM was unfortunately an idiot an thought that they only had 500 mgs of apap, but later found out they had 750 a pill. SWIM knows that the daily limit is 4 grams and he took 4.5. Should he have anything to worry about?

SWIM is 165 lbs (75 kgs), is in his early 20's, and has a very healthy lifesyle. He also has a full stomach and doesn't feel bad at all, he started taking the pills about 4 hours ago. He is closely monitoring the situation, and is obviously not drinking or doing anything stupid tonight. SWIM also took several pills of milk thistle as a precaution, although this may not make any of a difference.

Is there anything that SWIM should be concerned about? Please no lectures on being stupid with waking so much apap, he didn't realize there was so much in them and has already learned his lesson.

Didn't know they have hydrocodone with 750mg paracetamol.
See it as a stupid mistake and don't do it again, the 3 hour difference should help swiy in its fa-fer.

Plus being a healthy person will help,
not saying that it was a good thing to do but think swiy will be fine.
swim has taken large amounts of paracetamol before when he was in a lot of pain.. And he bis still here !!

If your swiy is still worried then go to A&E and tell them you were in so much pain and only had paracetamol... And took to many to kill the pain, not yourself !!!

Better wait for some more replies as swim is NO expert.
Still think swiy will be fine, but keep on doing it and swiy wont be !!!

Yea upon further research it appears that although the maximum daily dosage is 4 grams of apap, the acute toxicity range is anywhere from 7.5-10 grams, although SWIM wouldn't recommend even getting close to that level. Next time, SWIM will do the smart thing and wait to do a cwe, its definitely not worth taxing your liver like that in the long run.
