Well phendimetrazine being a pro-
drug only ~30% of a given dose gets converted in vivo to phenmetrazine, the biologically active constituent. So you only actually consumed roughly 12.5mg. Which in
SWIM's experience is not nearly enough to achieve even the mildest of buzz.
In SWIM's opinion phenmetrazine is considerably more euphoric than phentermine. That being said it's no
amphetamine. It definitely has the speedy aspect, but with significantly less
euphoria than the "real thing." Another problem is that the effects seem to fluctuate wildly from full on rushing to feeling little-to-nothing.
A simple Wikipedia search for "releasing agent" will bring up a chart where you can compare various releasing agents including phenmetrazine and phentermine. (I guess newbs can't put up links)
It allows you to make a rough estimate as to the effects of different "uppers" in comparison to one another. It corroborates my findings to an extent as it shows that phenmetrazine releases twice the amount of
dopamine per dose over phentermine.
Lastly, it can be inusuflated to enhance the "rush." Effects will peak within 10 minutes and begin subside after a couple of hours.
It's no amp, but it's a ride.

Dosing depends almost entirely on individual physiology and tolerance. That being said SWIM would recommend about 90mg of phendimetrazine for a good oral starting dose in a non-tolerant user. 45mg or so if SWIY is insufflating.
