I never met Charles C. Lynch before his trial began. I sat through the 2 week jury selection & trial in which a jury of his peers found him guilty of 5-cannabis only FEDERAL felonies even though he followed all his CALIFORNIA business license requirements, city regulations, county restrictions and state law.

He faces 100 years in FEDERAL prison for providing safe, compassionate and professional access to medical marijuana to qualified California's with doctors' recommendations to use medical cannabis for their chronic conditions and terminal illness (people like me).

The governments choice to investigate, raid, arrest, prosecute and testify against Charlie has cause him financial destructions and emotional despair.

I've dedicated my time and energy to do what I can to help save this honorable man from going to federal prison. That's where you can help. Letters of support will go a long way to help the judge give a compassionate sentence.
