Adderal first time

My friend gave me 5 adderal 25mg XR pills.


I snorted one with the coating on the little balls, and took one orally.


Ifelt pretty good at work but when i got home i found out it's better to crush up the little beads. I went ahead and did that and snorted another 25mg.(about 5 hours after my first dose).


Then like four hours later i snorted another crushed up 25mg.


I took 100mg on my first trip and i'm thinking that wasn't very smart. Right now, about 8 hours since i last snorted it, I feel very jumpity like when i took my first dose, but i'm also having lsd like trips. Not very harsh or anything. Just visual movements.


I was reading around on the boards and they suggested drinking lots of water which is what i plan to do right now.


Normally a coke user i think i just did too much, any other tips to help recover?

drink a few glasses of water. Just take it easy and try to relax.

yeah smoke some herb if its possible, just accept the fact that you arent going to sleep for a while and veg out...its a different high then coke but similar things to deal with when coming down

Haha, you did just what i did this one time... I took about 30 mgs when
i woke up, was feeling good so i ran like a half mile outside... then i
realised it was too hot. So i went back inside (approx 30 mins later)
and orally took 20 mgs. Then i went to the store with my friend and
came back home 2 hours later and took about 30 mgs more... i did this
process ALL day and took about 170 mgs in one day... at night, my
vision was SO fucked up... it put HPPD to shame. I looked at something
simple, like a wall, and lights would flicker and stuff... it was
insane.



To recover.... take some 5-HTP, get a nice glass of warm milk or
something, and just try to sleep. Sleep works wonders on
Amphetamine-based hangovers. Hope that helps.

Just got my hands on a few Adderall XR 20 mg pills. Because they are extended release, what would be the best way of taking them recreationally? I hear crushing up the balls inside then snorting or swallowing it would do the trick. Any advice on the amount and how I should take it? Thanks fellas

Don't take adderall recreationally, man...Well, I mean, you can do whatever the hell you want, it's just that adderall is not one of those recreational drugs. If you take & it you don't have ADD, it acts as a strong amphetemine & just stimulates the hell out of your body. If you don't have ADD, it will do absolutely nothing for you as far as getting you high or messing with your head or whatever. Pure speed.


But NEway, yeah, since there XRs, if you want that all at once rush, you should open the capsules & crush up the little balls. Depending on weather you want really intense rush but gone really quick or a pretty good, sustaining buzz, you should either snort them which will produce the first effect, or pour it into a soda & drink it, which will produce the latter effect.


I'm a 120 lb. female with a decent tollerace to stimulants & one thirty will have me so jittery I can't hold a pencil. If you are an average size guy, to get really buzzed you should take a couple pills, but DON'T do any more than three at a time, for about four hours. It's a REALLY strong stimulant for those who don't have ADD (I know this b/c I have ADD & a prescription for 10mg non-XRs) & it can cause rapid heart rate, irregular breathing, & in the worst cases heart attack & cardiac arrest. I've never personally seen this happen, but a couple kids around here at my university went to the hospital for it a while back, & it is a definite possibility, as with any strong stimulant.


Seriously, being "really buzzed" off adderall is not a real fun experience unless you're trying to clean/study or something like that. Doing just for fun is kind of pointless. If you don't need them to clean or study or something like that for yourself, you'd be better off just hypotheticallyselling them for about $4-5-6 bucks a pop to some desperate college kids around finals time.

have to contradict some of the things you have said. You said that

use this and prefer it to speed or meth. Also, it is somewhat safer
then other amphetamines, making it more desierable.



Also, I believe that you saying that 60mgs is more then a safe dose is
rather crude statement. You are a 120 lb female, which is a much
different body build then that of, lets say, a 200 lb male. I have seen
people safely take 80 mgs on their first time (these people being the
200 lb males) and had been perfectly fine. As long as you dont mix with
other drugs or substances, then the risk isnt that huge.



This isnt to say that you should take this substance lightly... NO drug
should be taken lightly. All im saying is that you should experiment
for yourself and then decide what dosage/method of ingestion is best
for you.



And if your blood pressure or heart rate gets really high, then just
smoke a few ciggs. This has been proven to reduce heart rate and blood
pressure, which could help in a situation of stimulant over-use.



NOW back to your actual question about how to take them recreationally.
I would personally just take the little balls, put them in a shotglass,
and use the back of the handle of a screwdriver to crush them, then
either snort them or parachute them. Snorting them could be painful if
it is your first time snorting something due to the little time release
capusels being sharp when cracked open. Parachuting works well and will
last longer too. To do this, just take a piece of tissue or toilet
paper and put the powder into it, then wrap it up and take it like a
pill. The paper will open in your stomache and will work very
effectively. And as a first use of adderall, i would suggest 40mgs.
Whether you are male/female or fat/thin, this will be a reasonable
recreational dose without being too over bearing... unless your like a
9 year old midget female... in which case 20mgs would be good.... i
kind of doubt you are though . So stick with 40 for starters.

I'm 120lb 5'6". Took a 20 mg pill to start, then another one an hour later. I couldnt crush up the little balls using a credit card. Even tried a glass bottle...things were like steel marbles. So I just chewed them up in my mouth which seemed to work. Got that jaw cleching effect that I do with all amphetamines, and slight speedy effects, which lasted for several hours. Not a bad experience. Wouldnt go crazy lookin for them but if i was offered I would try it again. Thanks fellas

If your talking about the little balls with a plastic like coating I don't know how bad it would be/hurt to snort that stuff. I think I've heard you should only snort the stuff inside of them, but I also think that are really small and it might be hard or take way to long to do that. Anyway ever just break open the little balls and snort everything after they are crushed? Does it hurt a lot more or anything?

If you snort it you will get a little burn in your nose that will last a few min. its not too bad. I have had hard time trying to crush up those little balls, they fly everywhere! when i did it i took 10 20mg XRs and put all the balls into like a pepper grinder/shaker thing. it had a handle on the top you could turn and it would grind up the "pepper", well i tightened the grinding mechanisim so it would be super fine powder. it took about 7 min on churning but it made a powder that was ungodly fine.

just take the pills by themselves, beleive me. Snorting it is a
complete waste, it feels good for a bit, but goes to waste really
easily. I suggest taking like 40 or 60 mg at first, that will
give you about a 6 hour really good feeling, itll just be a bit hard to
sleep so take them early. Crushing them up is really a waste.

Crushing them up defeats the time release. If you want more of a rush then CRUSH them. I recommend using glass on glass to crush them. Be creative, find a way to make them into fine powder. Don't snort cracked broken little balls that could f$*& up your nose. This is the most effective recreational way to take Adderall XR.

on....best way to do adderall is to eat a decent amount and then blow
some as well...if i had to pick one or the other i would blow them
instead of eating em but thats just me

Adderall is speed..

Also, it is somewhat safer

Safer than ritalin (methylphenidate) and coke yeah, it's much easier on the heart. Don't know about meth, but it'll probably be rougher too.

Safe dose
A safe dose (as stated in the medical information of my psych) is 0.5mg/kg body weight(/day). Wich is bout 32.5mg for me. Of course, under medical provision this is built up slowly from about 0.1mg/kg body weight(/day).

Really? I always noticed a slight raise in blood pressure/heart rate. But of course, I think this depends on the receptor sensitivity and inner workings of the CNS.

I have one question though; what to do about the anxiety. Under adderall (or really, dextro-amphetamine, pure -- no levo-amp), I have an unsatisfied feeling wich I can't satisfy with anything.In the beginning I used to smoke a dozen cigs, have a beer, eat some candy and have coffee, and then it would be toned down *a tad*, but I stopped that -- not really healthy.
I have to take my adderall everyday for adhd, so a solution or tip would really be appreciated.

Swim has 40mg of the instant Adderall. Swim hears that snorting the adderall is better than swallowing it. Is it worth it for Swim to crush the pills up and snort it, or is it to little of a dose. It is Swims first time.

SWIY could go about doing that, but a better idea would be crush one, snort, and just take the other one by mouth. For SWIY's first time 40 mg is a bit much. Expect to feel extreme eurphoria and the likes. SWIM thinks SWIY will be fine taking 40mg's but he wants him to be careful.

SWIM took 60 mg of addies on prom night (this crontradicts something he said in another post) but on prom night he took 20 mg , a redish instant relese tab, and a hour or so later took another. the night was awesome with his girlfriend until he took that last one. at 60 mg he started getting really hot feeling and had to relax a bit. it didnt take long for the effects to wear off, but just take that as a little caution. this was not swims first time with addy but was his first time at that high a dose. swim got those instant relese from a friend, but now he's prescribed xr. adderall no longer has that "nice" feeling to him, but only uses them from studying purposes.

Snorting Adderall Will make your stomach painfully upset and honestly is a sketcher High Than Oral. The best thing to do if you want a rush is to crush up or break/cut the pill up into littler pieces. Then take a tissue, a napkin or (Swim's fav): a square of toilette paper and put the crushed or broken up pills in it.
You then wrap up the easily dissolved paper of your choosing around the Adderall, twist it off and rip the extra paper so only a small pouch with enough extra paper that you can pinch it with your fingers remains. Then you drop it and if needed Drop with water. This method ensures that a larger amount of Adderall is being absorbed all at once than normal and that provides a stronger rush.
