Propylhexadrine how safe is the cotton rod?

So swim really wants to know any facts or even opinions on why and how much unsafe eating the cotton in those inhalers is?

to swim he can see it being unsafe and bad for sure but swim thinks how bad can it really be when you eat lots of non edible things daily... so it doesnt seem like very much to swim to hurt to much... arent our bodies strong enough to handle these?
