Health - mixing codeine with alcohol and amphetamine?

hey guys, new years tonight and i fucked my thumb the other day so im taking these codeine tabs (30mg x2) have to take 2 every 6 hours. Is it sweet to mix it with alcohol and speed?

You could mix it with speed but I would most definitely advise you against mixing it with alcohol.I mean drinking a beer or two is fine, it might even make for a better high, but if you're gonna be drinking liquor or something strong then it could be pretty dangerous.

Definantly Not A Good Idea! Amphs and Alcohol will often cross each other out and bring SWIY back to were you started. Codeine and a beer or glass of wine x2 will most likely be SWIY's best bet. Good Luck! Oh yeah, and by speed do you mean adderall or actual speed like black bettys?

yea, don't mix downers with downers. So many people die that way. as for speed, you should be alright.

SWIM finds it a bit pointles to mix speed with codeine.. codeine is meant to sedate and relax... speed gets one all jittery... strange combo.. as for the booze, as stated above, a few drinks is fine, but getting drunk and doing codeine isn't a particularly fun experience...

I've heard of people enjoying "speedballs" but since I havn't tried it I can't really say.But I do agree with Phatassone in that it sounds unpleasent.swim can tell you that codeine+caffeine really really sucks so I can't imagine what a stronger stimulant would be like...

using speed instead of coke doens't sound like it would work, but the numbness, and forvgivness of opiates, along with the energy from speed does sound like something could work. I guess it's something elsefor swim to try!
