im not sure how that would work considering mescaline doseage is in the gram range it may make injection diffucult...

Wouldn't mescaline me more potent by IV injection? For SWIM, 100 mg is enough to feel light psychedelic effects from mescaline. I imagine it would be at least 5 times stronger if IV injected, but maybe not.

I know in some studies they used mescaline on humans by subcutaneous injection, so it is reasonable to inject it.
