Paxil (paroxetine) Side Effects

I'm 24 days on Paxil now and my anxiety feels much worse, I have a headache, and I feel like a zombie, I just feel generally very strange and bad. Is this going to go away soon or should I try another SSRI?, I hear that Lexapro is light on the side effects. On the other hand I don't want to quit if the Paxil if this is temporary and it's about to start helping me. If there is no definite answer please share your experiences with me.
