Dose - 80 mgs Cyclobezaprine (Flexeril)?

Would it be a safe if swim took 80 mg cyclobenzaprine?

W/o a tolerance, no...Cyclo is a mucle relaxant & sedative 80mg would definately knock some1 w/o a tolerance out & could depress breathing to a point of death.

From A Friend Of A Friend's experience, 10mg was a good recreational starting point, & 15-20mg would probably b more enjoyable. With muscle relaxants the high is more of a subtle relaxation simular to benzo's like Valium (diazepam) so familurizing 1s self w/ the effects at lower doses really helps in avoiding OD's. AFOAF also mentioned 1 or 2 beers (take it easy on that front) adding an extra buzz to the cyclo .

Right on, swim has taken 40 mgs before . . . and to be honest didn't feel anything at all. He thinks it's a lost cause, and cyclobenzaprine is just not very recreational.

Swim tells me his first time use was 40MG and he felt slight effects but nothing to powerful. Just generally more relaxed.

Cyclobezaprine might make you tired and SWIM has heard of people sailing off to sleep like benzo ish but it only made SWIM tired and things boring. On my scale of how much recreation value from 0-10 Cyclobezaprine would be a complete 0 not even a .1 a fat 0. the most SWIM has taken is 3, which just made things really boring he felt tired and it was very hard for SWIM to wake up, no euphoria, no loopyness, no coordination loss, no recreational value no fun at all.

Taking 80mg, which is 8 times the amount of a normally perscribed dose isnt a good idea. SWIY is risking getting sick and sleeping for a LONG time, 30mg knocked SWIM out cold for 12 hours and not even his roommate could wake him. try 8 and SWIY might as well call it a waste of a day.

SWIM advice is not to do it. Cyclobezaprine is only meant to be weak muscle relaxer and shouldnt be taken over the amount perscribed which is usually 10mg. Think about why it is so commonly scripted and why doctors have no problem giving patients this medication at the first mention of any thing related to muscle tension. It is not scheduled, meaning no potential for abuse and by SWIY asking "what if SWIM took 8" indicates trying to abuse them. Either get a different substance or quit taking pills all together #2 is what SWIM recomends.

SWIM has never gotten much out of Cyclobenzaprine. It does make him somewhat sleepy but definitely no euphoria. It is however a pretty good Opiate/oid potentiator. Definitely helps SWIM into a good Pod-Nod. Thats about it though. Potentiator and sleep aid (in SWIM's opinion).

Cyclo is the fourth muscle relaxant my doctor had decided I might respond to, it does just as much nothing for me as all the rest have, unfortunately.

Some people seem to have decent luck with it, sometimes they wind up feeling worse than they did initially.

swim loves cylobezaprine... swim mixes it with opiates and gets a extreamly relaxed euphoric high.... swim has put himself in a 2 day drug induced coma on the mix before when he was much younger and b4 the days of Drugs-forum, so be carefull when using it. Swim found cylobezaprine wasent that great alone but mix it with something like morphine and WOW.

And on the note of it being safe at 80mg's...

swim took 50 mg w/o tolerence the other day and was pretty fucked up... swim can see no reason to take more then that... swim was also on 20 mg of morphine....
