ephedrine oral use help

hi all
wasn't sure where to put this
got some exams coming up was thinking of taking chesteze tablets to stay awake and alert probably 2 before studying.
they contain
30mg caffeine
18.31mg ephedrine hydrochloride
100mg anhydrous theophylline

any advice will be great
