Woodrose seed extraction and dosage.
Hi there everybody,
After doing quite a lot of research on the subject, i haven't found any answers worth reading/taking notice to. Everywhere seems to give mixed details and most that I have read are about the morning glory seeds. What is the best way to extract the LSA from woodrose seeds? Should you chew them up? And what is the correct dosage - i have 5 - will that be enough? Cheers. Chronium added 0 Minutes and 55 Seconds later... Quick addition - I have read the ways to extract it at the top of the forum but they seem very time/money consuming. I'm looking for a simple, quick method - any ideas?
