Inhaling - Tylenol 3, with beer, SWIM asks?

SWIM just ran out of ... oxycoD for pain & is now resorting to Tylenol 3's, with beers. IS SWIM BETTER OFF orally or snorting tha T'3's ?? Chasing with beer.

Depending on the dose of oxycodone swiy was administering, the codeine in Tylenol 3 will likely be lackluster in terms of recreational oomph. Swim wouldn't snort the tylenol 3; 300 mg of acetaminophen is a hefty load for the nose to take, along with however much caffeine is included - I think in the ballpark of 15-30 mg? Perhaps an extraction would do well for swiy's purposes, but may be slightly more involved due to the inclusion of caffeine in the tablets.

It may be most comfortable to start weaning off of opiates with the tylenol 3 tablets instead of gulping down enough to maintain a buzz.

Thanks, so SWIM (in real time) took 3 x 30m Tyl'3' & on his 7th beer, should SWIM eat some food too, protein or carb? ? What can SWIM do to maxiiize the efX?.. SWIM has 15 beer + 10 Tyl'3 for the pain tonight.

SWIM would also advise against the combination of the acetaminophen and alcohol as they both would wreak havoc on SWIY's liver. If at all possible look into the cold water extraction for the Tylenol 3. Please be safe.

You definitely need to read up on a CWE - Cold Water Extraction. You're on a route to liver damage with the ingredients listed "15 beers + 10 t3's" Acetaminophen is very toxic to the liver and SWIY will soon be approaching that limit. The toxicity is compounded with the effects of alcohol.

ok, so for swims buzz factor 3-4 T'3's + 12 beers is better than 10 T's obviously. the Oxy's were only casual & as available only* so .. here swim goes again .. 3-4 T's + 1- beers is better than low en oxy's. swim will not be snorting T's.

Follow this advice! SWIM had a friend who was taking T3s 2 years back for back pain from football and drank before a semi dance, he had some vodka SWIM cant say for sure how much (but he wasn't smashed), and he ended up foaming at the mouth in the middle of the floor, and was put in critical condition until they were sure his liver wasn't toast.
