Comedown - Take vicodin after adderall (during comedown)

Does any know how safe it would be to take vicodin during adderall comdown like 10 hours after taking 60mg of Adderall? SWIM took one 30mg XR normally and snorted one 30mg.

SWIM always been under the impression mixing uppers and downers at the same time was pretty dangerous, so SWIM is kind of hesitant even though it seems like that 10 hours between the two should be ok...

With one vicodin (5mg hydrocodone 500mg acetaminophen) you'll be fine. However, due to dehydration from amphetamines, anything past 1g (1000mg) of acetaminophen might cause nausea due to acute liver hepatotoxicity.

Yea, SWIM thinks amphetamine comedowns are handled very well with opiates. If SWIy is just trying to ease the comedown, he should take a relatively small dose just to boost mood and lower anxiety. For SWIM, this dose would be around 15mg of hydrocodone, but everyone is different. If SWIy doesn't have a tolerance to opiates, 10mg would probably be good.

But yea, 10 hours should be plenty of time to wait to take a small dose of Vicodin.

Swiy could possibly do a CWE to get ride of APAP, and do a bit more. It's generally unsafe to mix uppers and downers, but from swim's experience, he could not do any stimulants without having an opiate for the comedown.

rather than make a new thread, i am just bumping this one up. any tips on how to crashan adderall trip? any meds swiy reccomend taking?

i guess i should start with mymethod.. when swiy is ready for the night to be over, lay in bed with most lights off, a little biton though. drink water slowly, and start to calm yourself down. the trick is, swim finds comedowns to be the worst when theyre the center of attention so distract yourself with something- computer, tv, drawing. before you know it, you'll be legitimatly tired. at this point, let your mind wander. go of on fantasies in your mind and think about what ever pops into your head.
