SWIM used to get this all the time too. What route of administration does SWIY use? The chemical itself can be irritating on the throat, especially when snorting as it is of course going to drip. SWIM is pretty sure smoking it can irritate ones throat too, though he can't say for himself because he only ever smoked it after snorting some. But if you think about how cloudy the pipe gets after just a few hits, SWIM would imagine it crystallizes in ones throat and lungs the same.

It could also be that SWIY's throat is just dry and dehydrated. SWIM knows SWIY said he drinks a lot of water but even so it is pretty hard to stay hydrated on Amphetamines.

And of course, there is a possibility it could be a combination of the two.

Anyway, SWIM's recommendation for SWIY is next time take only an oral dose and see what happens. If his throat is still sore it may be from dehydration or another indirect result of the chemical. If not, then it is most likely a direct result of contact with the chemical on his throat.

I meant after coming down and crashing...sleeping with the mouth open is known for causing all kinds of throat soreness and dry mouth and throat.

Swim has tested snorting only and only doing it orally. But he gets it anyways. And no Swim does not sleep on speed he gets it awake. I do sleep with my mouth open but as soon as i sleep and wake up my throught is good again.
