Really bad headaches taking oxycotton 30mg
Someone other than me was taking 4-5 15 mgs a day, this guy quit for over a month. Now started taking a couple of 30 mg a day now... I used a few oral and anal plugging.
I'm getting really bad headaches and I threw up last night, anyone have any idea why, my thought was that the toxic levels are to high in my friend.
Please help, ideas, suggestions. Thanks

Sounds like an overdose on acetaminophen, what is the preparation of oxycontin used? is there acetaminophen contained in the medications?

Well it could also be an allergic reaction. That doesn't sound like a toxic dose by anyone's standards-opiate naive or not.

Most opiates/opioids can cause headaches for some people, but just because one does doesn't mean they all will. SWIM gets awful headaches on dihydrocodeine but is OK on all others (she's used most opiates available).

SWIM would guess that these are 30mg roxicodone instead of 30mg oxycontin. Although both medications contain oxycodone, there is a big difference. A 30mg Roxicodone is an imediate release pill as opposed to oxycontin being an extended release. If the person taking a roxicodone is not opiate tolerant, the 30mg Roxicodone would be a pretty high dose causing nausea, headaches, vomitting etc. Look up and be certain the pill that you are taking and make sure it is what you think it is.
