High Dose Maybe?
Swims Dose Is at 65mg methadone. is that high?

Well Swim was shootin dope for a while before that but then quit and for the month or so before getting on the methadone just had a perc habbit. Swim started off being fine with a dose like 45-50 but then swims tolerance progressed and now is on 60 then just moved up to 65 a few ago

My friend came off of habit of 10 -10vics, 6-10 oxy80's, and 1/2 g h day and was comfortable @60 mgs a day But everyone's different, and he tapered quick (week) then went cold.25 days clean,ain't easy but can be done.The longer on the "done" the harder the w/d's.Hope you find what your looking for.Merry fucking christmas lol
