what are the least popular/used drugs today?
swim would have to say PCP for obvious reasons. plus swiy just never see it around anymore and it isnt discussed. as well as barbiturates ever since benzos hit the scene as much safer. drugs like these seem almost forgotten and replaced.
but what other drugs would swiy say either rare/almost never used to just flat out unpopular and disliked and never realy heard of? |

Re: what are the least popular/used drugs today?
yes, actualy LSD use is becoming rarer and harer to find. swim doesnt know or has heard of anyone who deliberately went out and looked for it. LSD seems like it will soon become one of those rare, never used.thought of drugs.

swim would have to agree that actual LSD is becoming harder and harder to find drugs that has became uncommonly used.

Re: what are the least popular/used drugs today?
Red Rock would definitely have to agree with PCP being less used today as well as genuine, real LSD. Most LSD people get nowadays are just some RC such as the DOx chemicals. Although if one looks hard, they can still get real LSD, it is definitely harder now than it was in the past

Re: what are the least popular/used drugs today?
While LSD may be rarer than it used to be, it's not even close to the same league as such previously mentioned things as Datura and PCP. RCs seem to be fairly common around where SWIM is, as well, but maybe he's just lucky. He's recently come across TMA-2 and DMT... at a club... for real (not just dealer nonsense).

Re: what are the least popular/used drugs today?
another drug worth mentioning that was once very popular back in the day was oxymorphone. a known brand was numorphan and was refered to as "the blues" in the movie drug store cowboy. swim is guessing it lost popularity due to hydromorphone being more powerful and oxycontin becoming more popular as well as available. there isnt even that many experience reports of it on erowid.

Re: what are the least popular/used drugs today?
from what swim knows it is still definetly used and pretty popular. they used it in the 90's than it seemed to die down in early 2000's and now it seems to be making a comeback.

Re: what are the least popular/used drugs today?
LSD = common. in the gay scene amyl/butyl nitrate is still common. (meth)cathinone I've never heard of outside of this forum. RC's aren't too hard to find in the rave circles I'm familiar with. And I guess stereotypes are based on some sort of truth since PCP is still around in raves that attract a more urban/thuggish crowd.
(NYC for a reference of location so it's not too hard to find anything). |

Good luck finding PCP or Quaaludes. Round here, RCs are available, you just have to be lucky enough to be in the right social circles.

Glue.
Joking. SWIM would have to say PCP. SWIM has never had the chance to partake in it and has never even seen it. He says he always hears of some idiot claiming to have smoked it but...they are just idiots. They seem to be everywhere. -Pope Albacore |

Re: what are the least popular/used drugs today?
SWIM has noticed the LSD and RC markets run almost completely dry in this area, however PCP is a mere phone call away and he knows of people who still use it on a mildly recreational basis (ketamine is hard to obtain here). Raves are not a popular thing here (which likely explains the lack of RCs and LSD), but this area is known for its abundance of quality street drugs, cocaine in particular. Besides form SWIM's friend who used to live in Pittsburgh, no one here has ever even heard of the 5-MeOs or the 2Cs.
