A human vessel
Like a living air instrument, we are but a enclosure for a complex vibrational state. Our body allows various openings that give rise to standing waves as the life force resonates within us. Take a substance, and we physically alter the dimensions of our openings...like fingers on a flute. We do have the power to create any note, but with the sheet music that is psycho active molecules we are given avid, geometrically exact examples of how we can alter how we vibrate and thus inevitably how we interact with other vessels that are our friends, enemies and all in between.

Re: A human vessel
Yeah dude you are touching on an ancient philosophy. The entire universe is based on one vibration and we are vibrating to that frequency. According to the teachings of the Mer-Ka-Ba we can change our own vibration and thus will be transported into another dimension of a universe which is based on a different frequency.
According to some theories that is what happened in the Philadelpia Experiment. They produced a synthetic Mer-Ka-Ba energy field around a ship and changed its frequency. |

Re: A human vessel
where does individual perspective come from if our basis is universal and in someways fixed? I once thought that (and a recent discussion brought this up again) that the reincarnation ideal is eternal because there is infite places to observe from..and that there is but one observer...and it/us are all the same entity experiencing existence within varied frames of reference. I am you at an earlier/later stage of our existence.
lostmente added 3 Minutes and 49 Seconds later... i can justify it a bit further in saying the to live is to be in the moment, reflection and anticipation is only useful as far as recognizing whats right in front of you...your frame of reference or level of awareness. We develop a system of holding particular reference geometries or memories in order to occupy ourselves and make like more unpredictable. My mind gets a bit angry when I consider that I am also the reference of myself...at some point I killed myself and put myself through pain, I made my own day that much brighter. do unto others as you would do unto yourself could be more literal than a rule of thumb Last edited by lostmente; 24-12-2008 at 00:45. Re: A human vessel
^ hell yeah dude. That was deep and blew my mind. I have had the same thought, but never wrote it down or fully tried to explain it to myself. Nicely done.
Fat Cop added 3 Minutes and 16 Seconds later... We could all be at different stages of evolution, but toward the same goal. The ultimate goal I would think would be ultimate unity... death perhaps. Fat Cop added 3 Minutes and 42 Seconds later... Maybe we stop reincarnating once we have evolved ourselvs to become one with the spirit. When our individual selvs realize that it is apart of a eternal and everlasting spirit than we ascend into whatever that may be. Perhaps there is truth in the entire buddhism philosophy. Enlightenment is a step toward immortality. The conscious death. Last edited by Fat Cop; 25-12-2008 at 01:25. Reason: Automerged Doublepost |

Re: A human vessel
Wow...this hit me like a ton of bricks. I've stumbled across a half a dozen other related posts/threads today in a sort of synchronistic climax. I love tripping sober...the mind is a wonderful thing!
And as toward the thread title, I like to think of it as...this yellow submarine! Quote:
It does however pique ones curiousity as to what is outside the matrix... But really, does the matrix exist for reason. It is a pregnant adventure that creates meaning. Socrates has been resurrected. But what if Cypher has a legitimate point? I mean, this pistachio ice cream is absolutely fucking delicious (IMHO). Sure, to have this experience I must have a life. Further, for the experience of Pleasure to be had one must endure suffering else pleasure has no meaning. Within the singularity (The highest level one may ascend to, THE ALL) there is no vibration. You have infinite and comprehensive knowledge and awareness but you know enough not to give a shit about it. It's like you are just sitting there watching. The matrix may be a lessening but it exists for a reason. Ultimate enlightenment and ascension comes with the price of irrelevancy. I have come to a paradox I cannot (yet) reconcile...this has been very climactic. Thank you both. |

Re: A human vessel
swim had a crazy revelation about this when he was tripping on mcPP after smoking a bunch of bud. swim was just sitting there staring at the ground seemingly running through the endless consciousness in his mind. he kept being extremely self critical about all the things he had ever been critical to others about. for example at times he would call people insane in his head for some reason he thought legitimite....during this trip he could see how someone else may have had the same idea of him in their mind...whether or not they actually had is irrelevant, the fact was that any kind of thought he applied to someone else he would for sure have to be ready to apply to himself, and he says honesty it was very hard dealing with a lot of stuff directed at himself that he had no problem directing at other people. from that point on he really felt that the only true morality in life is to do unto others as you would want done to yourself. much harder concept to follow that it seems, too.
