Opinions - Clonazepam - same script different doctor

SWIM has a dilemma.
SWIM have a script from one doctor for 2mg klonopin (1-2 a day as needed) from one doctor with four other refills left (one of which SWIM has filled 21 days ago)
SWIM also has another script from a different doctor for 2mg klonopin (1 a day).
my question is, will he still be able to refill both bottles, given that he waits a couple days, and someone else fills one of the bottles for him?

Is swiy planning on refilling these at the same pharmacy? Not to seem dense, but swim had to ask.

unfortunately yes. SWIM was wondering if perhaps a period of two weeks between each fill would not be noticed? however, he is very uncertain.

SWIM would highly recommend you using 2 seperate pharmacies.

Agreed. Swim thinks swiy will face major failure if he attempts this at the same pharmacy.

SWIY are playing with fire, don't want to get pinned for "double dipping". at least make sure to separate the scripts by a reasonable amount of time. SWIY could get scripted one from a dr. and then use the other after out of refills on the first... at least in the U.S. narcotic scripts are good for 6 months... not sure if that applies to all controlled substances or just opiates. Guessing that it would apply to all.

unfortunately theyre for the same dosage (2mg), if they were two different dosages, you would have no problem at all. swim would go to a different pharmacy and not use swims insurance for the other script.
