Kratom tea recipe is confusing

swim plans on making a batch of kratom tea leaf he bought(commercial/bali).swim thinks they should follow this guide for starters http://www.erowid.org/experiences/exp.php?ID=37321

swim was wondering if "commercial" grade kratom was the same as "super" kratom?if so will swim have only have too use 3 grams for starters?
