ok if swiy went through swims posts you would see the progression..well long story short swims friends sister and bf are junkies ( swim doesnt know what to extent but now has an idea) they do everying but they do mostly h and coke. today they didnt have any ice or h, just white..which means they must not be hard core h users right? unless they only had personal stash who knows..anyway..swim is pretty smart when it comes to partying..spare swim the lectures (check back my posts to see swim know wha he doing) well they can more easily get h for swim then ice so swim gonna try h with his new best homegrl its a secret swius have its very exciting..swim know how to use needles so its str8 but the main purprose of this post is to get a well educated quick fix procedure cuz swim doesnt know how to slam drugs and is quite scared since he knows the biological physics of it..he thinks about a chunk of material lodging into his heart lol..haha he just tripping on white right now ignore him..anyway swim doesnt know the weight to money ration but if swim and his homegrl want to slam h one good time GOOD so they feel everything how much should they buy? assuming the quality is 8 on a scale of 1 to 10? also please someone post for me a noobies guide to slamming...swim know every material is different so take that into consideration..like how much do we mix the sample bump with and with what?

Does SWIMs homegirl know the score with SWIM. sHE SHOULD KEEP swim RIGHT.
The only thing with this is that some users that have a higher tolerance for heroin tend to forget that those who are opiate naive don't need as much as they do, which has caused some problems for SWIM in the past.
SWIM is sure that this answer will come up many times, but start SWIM out with a small amount and work up until the desired effect is felt.
Preferably smoke it first and maybe save the needle for the next time.
Sorry if SWIM has missed the details of the whole picture but if SWIMS gonna do it he's gonna do it.
Can homegirl fix it up for SWIM. Get her to do it and watch carefully, then give it a shot SWIYself with her assistance.

swiher has done speed before but snorted..netiehr of us have ever shot drugs..but they both down and have done opiates before..swim has a pretty hardcore tolerance psychologically with drugs..again boca SWIM is a certified phlebotomist, and uses proper health hazard precautions if swiy is down to try, let swim me know so he could get an extra syrince so everyone has their own..anyway swim and his homegrl are SO READY and would love if smwiBOCA would join them.. ;-)

But shooting opiates is a whole different game to ANY other drugs.
SWIM is a trained nurse and still has managed to fuck up with regards to injection technique. Mistakes will always happen - whether its going right through the vein to the other side (bleeds and stings like a MuthaF). What is concerning is that SWIY is OPIATE NIAVE. This is a big cause of OD.
Can SWIM not try smoking/snorting whatever just for that once or twice before going for the big plunge.
Sorry SWIM just worries. She has seen OD and its really not pretty

well swim is a trainer phlebotomist and thats lal they do..nurses suck at it..swim has got that covered...anyway like i said swianyone shouldnt underestimate my intelligence..swim makes sure he has procedures on lock! and thats why hed love for swiy to be there to help us...what do ya say?

no no SWIM did not mean to underestimate SWIYs ability and sure SWIY is top notch at SWIYS job. SWIM was just concerned that maybe a wee smoke or whatever may prepare SWIYs body for the influx of opiates to the opiate naive receptors. No bad vibes meant at all
SWIM just worries as her partner managed to OD after being clean for only a month and will never forget his face. It was purple, swollen and eyes so pinned there was no pupil. Scared the shit out of SWIM and she still has flashbacks.
Would help if SWIY was near by but got a funny feeling SWIY is miles away. Plus swims turning over a new leaf right now trying to stick to methadone.
No doubt SWIM would do something wrong/bad/messed up lol

A good place to start to find out how to IV is Here at HeroinHelper. Also, like what has already been pointed out, IV'ing drugs is a whole another ballgame but if SWIY is hellbent on doing it, SWIY will do it and SWIY might as well be better informed and prepared before they participate in this type of administration. Also, since no one can tell SWIY for certainly what the purity of the H is, especially with Heroin, SWIY's best bet is to start off really small and then see how they feel after IV'ing that small amount. Once SWIY's pushes the plunger down and injects the heroin, there is no way to take that back. You can always add more but can never take it back after administered. Red Rock says that he would start with with about 0.05g or 50mg in other words.
