What dosage and how to take Kratom ?

sorry swim seems a bit confused swim has been readin a bunch of threads on this here and been trying to just figure out dosage and how to take...

gonna get some 15x... 3grams...

so being dumb what does swim do once swim has that bag? swim would prefer oral intake... so does swim need capsules? and how much is right for someone to start?
