Amsterdam Gold/Super Skunk/Devil's Weed Tea?

Hi,

There are many herbal smoking blends available on the internet, some more expensive than others; Amsterdam Gold/Super Skunk/Devil's Weed are all examples of herbal blends (with misleading titles) which can be bought for about £XX per 12.5g (good deal).

I was wandering; would the relaxing effects of these 'Legal Smoking Blends' be found when consumed in a tea or is this not as effective as smoking?
