Bali vs. Red Vein Indo kratom

Hi,

Some kid down the street ordered Bali crushed leaf from a store, and they sent him Red Vein Indo crushed leaf instead, same quantity, just different leaf. He is wondering if they ripped him off with a lesser quality leaf, or if there is any difference at all?

Can anyone share their opinion or experiences with either leaf and if this kid should file a complaint because maybe he got the lesser of the two leaves?
