Discussion of RC sources

I know that most RCs are still leal but is the discussion of sources
via PM allowed? I can obtain 2c-e and 2c-i but those are the only
chemicals I can get my hands on. I know it would be a very bad
idea to share sources in the open forums, but is it okay to share
sources via PM or AIM. Just a question. Thanks. Also,
how can I become a gold member?

I think that answer is "no" to the first question. To the second yoiu must post around 100 quality posts.
