Effects - What happens if you fall asleep while taking acid? And taking the next day?

SWIM took what was supposed to be 6 hits of acid. SWIM took it at night.....and while SWIM usually is up at nights.....during the past few days SWIM has been sleeping during the night and awake during days. SWIM felt quite tired before dropping, so maybe it wasn't a good idea. But SWIM knew acid is also stimulanting so SWIM thought he would be able to go through with it. But SWIM was still very tired. As SWIM began to lie down he started to wonder whether this was really acid. SWIM did eventually fall asleep....it felt like any normal sleep and the dreams were pretty average I believe. I woke up a couple times and thought I saw some visuals in the dark but it could have easily been mistaken for a placebo. So now SWIM wants to know, was that acid that was given? Swim's thinking that if it was even if you woke up a few hours later you would have the chemical and still be tripping. Shulgin took some AMT and went to bed and still woke up tripping.....so I'm assuming it should still be there a bit.....at least for those few times SWIM woke up. And yet it wasn't. It could be that SWIM got really weak acid....or even bunk acid.

But assuming it was just weak acid......SWIM wants to dose again real soon but he's wondering.....assuming there was some acid in my system would it effect my tolerance when it was probably too weak to take an effect yesterday anyways? Swim knows he has a high tolerance in general to psychedelics and doesn't get as much visuals but he wants to make sure.

Of course with these things you can never be 100% sure, but it sounds like swiy got completely fake acid. Taking 6 hits, even if it was relatively weak, would most likely still produce strong effects. 1 should be enough for the effects to be noticeable, otherwise you're getting ripped off. I wouldn't worry about tolerance, if swiy didn't feel any real effects then he most likely did not consume LSD so tolerance would not be an issue.

In the flamingos experience, it is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep for at least 12 hours after taking LSD, even if sleep deprived and exhausted before dropping (not recommended, set and setting remember!), and even then the sleep is fitful, with some crazy ass dreams, sleep paralysis etc.

She never really sleeps decently until about 48 hours or so

^^ Swim agrees. Sleeping on LSD? Impossible for swim even if she felt exhausted. After coming down, swim would "rest' but wouldn't be able to sleep for quite sometime.

Most likely bunk acid. if it wasn't waiting atleast a week is mandatory to achieve anything from a repeat performance--but don't expect anything promising...

swims friend took acid once and wasn't having a good time- was just kinda confused. swim was tired himself and stupidly (in heindsight) told his friend to just go to sleep. anyway, after being asleep for an hour, swims friend suddenly woke up believing he was in a nightmare he was having and proceeded to have a bad trip for several hours, much to the regret and annoyance of a subsequently disturbed swim...

swims advise: if you are strange enough to be able to sleep on acid... don't.

even if the doses were miked at a markedly low 50ug, that'd still be 350ug of rocket fuel under SWIY's tongue. Anything under 50ug is usually unheard of (~100ug seems to be about the average hit even for low doses these days) so I'd say SWIY got completely fucked on that deal. 350ug, being the absolute minimum dose, should've blasted your gourd open for 36 hours. Anything in that range is devistatingly powerful for the average user.

In short: bunk, bro.
