Monkey's first CWE Questions.

Here's the plan:
Grind up 10 HBWR seeds in blender.
Put powder in a teabag.
Put teabag in distilled water/lemon juice mix for around 12 hours.

Does this sound like about it? Is it ok to use lime juice if monkey has no lemon juice around, or should he just go get some lemon?
How long can the tea sit in the fridge before it goes bad?
