Myths: Touching Cats While On Mushrooms Can Kill Them?

OK so the first time SWIM ever did shrooms he was told not to touch cats because the pcilocybin leaks out of your skin and it gets into the cats fur and that could kill him.

So every single time SWIM has done shrooms he has made sure not to touch cats, but the only time he ever wants anything to do with a cat is when he is on shrooms because fur feels weird while on shrooms.

Now SWIM is wondering if this is true, and if so does this go for any other animals besides cats?
