SWIM took a small hit of saliva today.
it was the plain leaf, and was basically the size of a piece of rice.
SWIM held it in for a little over 5 seconds and exhaled.
SWIM's vision turned slightly to purple and then back to normal.
SWIM could feel the heaviness coming on, and then got the tingling and hotness.
SWIM started to come down after that.
Have other felt this way on plain leaf?

With a dose that size of plain leaf no SWIM hasn't because that is a very small dose, but yes it is possible to feel this with plain leaf.

Extracts are just concentrated Salvia so if it takes lets say 1/5 of a bowl of 5X extract in a pipe to feel this way it just means you need to take 5X more leaf to reach the same effects.

Swim, has never tried leaf, only ever extracts, as to swim there is no point in doin leaf .

SWIM was under the impression that a leaf would be the equivalent of 1x, i.e. it just takes more to get the same effects. Do most people just use leaves for a quid, or do many other people actually smoke plain leaf? SWIM is curious.

Swim is not sure whether many peaple use leaf, But Swim doesn't, Swim uses extract, plus Bong, Plus Turbo lighter, equals best salvia experience, That is Swims opinion anyway. Has Swiy tried Sally Yet ?

Swim has purchased 4oz of salvia leaf, and Swim loves the low dose effects of just straight leaf. Swim smokes 1/2 or 3/4 of one crushed leaf, and holds smoke in swim's lungs for the usual time. When Swim exhales, Swim feels the salvia effects at a low level, which includes slight wavy vision, feeling high, and lots of laughing. The effects last around the same, 10min, but ya, swim feels that for people who smoke cannabis, salvia leaf is a great item on the side just stashed away for use anytime.
