Pharmacology - Adderall Equivalents?

SWIM wants to know what equivalents there are for Adderall XR. Preferably orally ingested (slower absorption=extended effects). Over-the-counter or otherwise. Something similar to cocaine, but with increased duration.

And as far as the answer goes. Nothing really compares to adderall that isn't illegal or unavailable without a prescription.

There's a reason why adderall XR was a breakthrough and a huge seller, there weren't any extended release products which could boast the same effects. There isn't an alternative, addy XR has the market cornered.

MDMA is definitely out of the question with price being prohibitive and the fact it cannot be taken repeatedly and expect the same results.

The only OTC stimulants are caffeine and propylhexedrine afaik.
