Nootropics Noo-bie
Hey Guys,
I'm new to this forum, so I'm just looking for some direction and insight. Little bit about me, 19 yrs old, College student, main hobby is fitness and working out. I've read a little bit about nootropics on a bodybuilding forum, so I've come here to get some more info. I'm not sure if my age is an issue, but right now I am just looking for a supplement to take to maybe help me with my concentration when I go back to school in January. Maybe something that will help my relax, sleep well etc. I've also heard there are a couple that will give me a little bit of a buzz, which might be intriguing because I currently don't drink any alcohol whatsoever because I am trying to get lean. Anyway there are so many nootropics out there and I am just looking for some of the more experienced guys to direct me to a couple that will address what I am looking for, and that I can study and research a little more in depth, because I have read a little bit of the forum but there is just too many to read about. Cheers guys, KD |

Re: Nootropics Noo-bie
SWIK should think about what effects he wants to get. Better concentration, sleeping aid and a buzz is a lot to expect.
For concentration he should research the racetam compounds. They are widely used for that purpose. The most common one being Piracetam, being available cheaply as bulk powder. Then there are oxiracetam, aniracetam and pramiracetam that have a more pronounced effect. Phenylpiracetam seems to be one of the strongest. Not very widespread. Mostly available at Russian pharmacys, hardly ever seen it being sold online. There's a shitload of others like Levetiracetam and more which SWIM does not know anything about and does not know if they get the that particular job done. Wouldn't find them anyway.^^ There are some other things like vinpocetine that deal with blood/oxygen suppl of the brain. SWIM does not know much about those so he won't comment any further. For sleep aid Phenibut is very common. SWIK should read some more and come back with more specific questions when he can't find the answers.
