Re: Leg pain

It is impossible to give a diagnosis from the vague description, however this could be due to a variety of things from hitting a nerve, missing the vein or hitting an artery. My guess would be a miss, even if it's just a little bit that didn't go in the vein but ended up in the surrounding tissue, this could cause inflammation which could lead to infection.

If the affected area becomes inflamed and then starts to spread and hasn't subsided in 24 hours, or gets worse within that time then seek medical attention, this is usually a sign of an infection.

Re: Leg pain

SWIY wilp most likely have hit a nerve as there are a lot of nerves in the feet. Mind if SWIY did SWIY would have felt some pain at the time. Unless it swells up I wouldn't worry about it.
