Combinations - Adderall & Painkillers

SWIM is not prescribed to adderall but on occasion uses it when he has a long day ahead of him and needs to be extra-productive. The adderall SWIM usually takes is a 15 hour time release. SWIM is also an occasional opiate user. Is the mixture of the two a bad combination? Or harmless?

SWIM has mixed Adderall with poppy pods (morphine & codeine) with no problems. SWIM only dosed at 10mg adderall and the normal 10-15g's poppy pods. Start with lower doses because combining powerful CNS stimulants with powerful CNS deppresants (Narcotics) puts alot of strain on the body's organs (heart, kidneys, & liver).

Good to know. SWIM took a 15 hour time release at 10 am and at 10 pm popped three vicodin 5mg pills. Pretty low doses as SWIY had mentioned, think that's an issue?

first of all and most importantly—mr. thread starter's avatar owns.

SWIM's first 2 weeks taking Adderall recreationally was also combined (every day) with Ty3's (scripted for his wisdom teeth being removed) and had the best 14 days of his life (not really, just awesome to a high extent).

Anything "harder" than a Ty3 SWIM thinks would be awesome. SWIM enjoys speedballs of any kind.

Dextroamphetamine and 1500mg (1.5g) of acetaminophen sounds like a very nauseating combination... Someone who isn't you should do a cold water extraction before hand.
