Experiences - 84% Kavalactone paste

Janus dropped a glass vial containing 3 gm of 84% Kavalactone paste into a cup of hot tea and honey. Janus stirred the bottle in the hot water causing all of the yummy yellow paste to come out of the bottle. (Janus likes bitter weird flavors) The stuff formed a very interesting puddle of oil at the bottom of the drink that quickly re-congealed after shaking. Janus drank the concoction within the span of 5-10 minuets. Janus's mouth and throat went numb. This was the only noticeable effect of the paste. The numb feeling made Janus wish that the united states federal government would not throw him into prison and force him to work as slave labor simply because he likes cocaine. Janus wishes he had real drugs. Janus wonders if his years of hard drug use have made him immune to the subtleties of ethnogens, or if he has been ripped off by an online drug dealer. Janus has been sober for too many months.

SWIM seems to have the same problem with Kava. He has tried all different kinds with little to no effect.
