swim hasnt heard too many positive reviews about marinol. usualy doesnt give as much of an effect as plain marijuana. swim has also heard that the positive effects of THC are much more beneficial to paintients with ailments through the form of smoking pot rather than taking marinol and patients complained that it just wasnt cutting it.

there are a few reports on erowid of people who tried marinol for recreation and most of them seemed to be unimpressed.

Marinol is a different type of high. It lasts for longer, but it feels a little more synthetic. You won't have the long, distracting thoughts, but your body will feel good. SWIM wouldn't recommend Marinol or traditional cannabis, it depends on the occasion: SWIM wouln't take marinol and go to a party where there will be regular cannabis, but he would take it while traveling for a day without the possibility to smoke.
