Fentnyl Patch Question
Okay SWMI is opiate tolerant and has been taking 220-240 mg per day of oxycontin oraly for sometime. Today he got some 100 fentnyl patches. He didnt dose on oxy this morning and was beginning to start going into withdraws when ihe put the patch on. Its been on for 3 hours and he still aint feeling much and stil like hes in withdrawl. How long before this patch kicks in and hes feeling comfortabe ?
