Swim is a pretty experienced smoker and has smoked since last spring atleast 2 times a week if not more.

Before thanksgiving break swim smoked out of a hookah (seisha and weed) on a saturday, then a bong afterwads. Swim 4 hours later from the hookah puked alot up after having severe spins and sleeping in a local resteraunt from the spins.

2 weeks later after not smoking swim smoked a bowl and got completely ripped but had mild swims (no tobacco this time) that night again swim smoked a bong (1 bowl pack tobacco another weed) sever spins again.

The day after swim smoked a blunt (no tobacco?) (spins again)

Swim has never gotten spins that he can recall other then this now.
what swim smokes is bangin heads hah.

Can someone explain why swim is getting these spins? He always gets them to were he is severly shaking and feels like he is in a tornado. And always feels if he is about to vomit.

swiy drug history is LSD, E, dxm, weed, coke, crack, diphen, dramine, lots of benzos, amph, barbituates and more stuff like that but you get the picture im pretty experienced i guess.
