From what I know DXM is HIGHLY contra-indicated in combination with serotogenic chemicals.

You must be thinking about SSRI's (which are typically used as anti-depressants), which when combined with DXM (and 2C-E, for that matter) would certainly lead to contraindications, but there is no current evidence of contraindications occurring from combinations of DXM with Serotonin agonists (which are completely different from SSRI's), such as 2C-E.

The combo that readily came to mind was MDMA + DXM, wasn't entirely sure if it extended to other 5-HT agonists or not, I'm not very informed on DXM.
