How Many of These Should SWIM Take?

For scale, they're on a typical sized magazine.

swim's shroomed plenty of times before, but always in tea or gelcaps. Would like to have a strong, very trippy experience, but he don't want to lose touch with reality completely.

Any advice? Unfortunately, he don't have a scale. The amount pictured is approximately half an ounce.
