Tolerance - SWIM is going to the dentist - He thinks his tooth is absessed.

SWIM REALLY doesn't really want this thread to be another "How can I get my doctor to give me good dope?" thread. Please forgive me if this is breaking any kind of rules and feel free to delete the post but SWIM is not asking for help to do anything illegal or anything even dishonest.

Basically, SWIM has a dental appointment tomorrow. He is in very much pain. Behind one of his molars that used to be sealed and crowned (and is now basically nothing but a hole with an outline of a tooth) there is a huge lump and underneath his jawbone is swollen as well.

The problem is SWIM is a pod addict and he has a huge tolerance. He recently scored some 5 mg hydrocodones and 20 mg's produces little to no effect.

He does not want any tips on how he can get better drugs to get high. What he is wondering is if there is a reasonable and respectful way to go about explaining to his doc that he has quite a high tolerance without admitting he is a junkie. Or a way to ask for 10 mg Hydro's rather than 7.5's or 5's.

They will probably have to extract the tooth or do a root canal so it will be painful and if they only give SWIM 5 or 7.5 mg Hydrocodones, they are not going to alleviate the pain unless he takes multiple pills at a time and then he will run out and be in pain again.
