USA - Arrested for possesing my legally perscribe meds....

This is a long story but I will try to make it short. Around 2007 my ex (bitch) for lack of a better term was being investigated for recieveing medications in the mail. From serbia, Romainia, all the usuall places that were in business back then. Well She got drunk one night, took 40 - 5mg valiums and dosed me without telling me with 20 V's and made me a mudslide. I woke up 3 hours later and was craked over the head with a dish rack (still have the scare), hot soup was throw in my face and a cabinet door was used to split my head open. I went to the Police station.
(milford Ma) told them what happened and they said " you look fine sleep somewher else tonight. I did not realize at the time but the B**CH told the police that I was buying drug over the internet (it was her) went to the station the next day they sent a car to do a wellness test and said she was really messed up and could not make it to the station to make a statment about hitting me. Well the investigation started to heat up and now I was the focus. They never did anything to her and never even had her come to the police station.. I had my dr run a drug screen on me and the benzo level was so high he said I should have been dead.

Well I broke up with her for a while but being a stupid fuck went back out with her....Great sex really messes with you head. 6 months later I found out the a cop 1 - opened my mail with out a warrent and was demoted from detective to patromen, 2 - my ex got unsupervised probation for another package that they opened with a warrent that had soma's, and Hydrocodone.

Well I ened up going out with this sick women for about another year with no problems (YET) On night while I was sleeping at my house she called and said if you do not bring me tropicana OJ I am going to pour a glass of water into you computer tower and you screen....I got dressed, brought her HI-C, just to be a prick and proceded to remove my computer and a basket of cloths. She said : if you take that computer I am clling the cops and telling them you hit me, I continued walking out, computer under one arm and clothes under the other. SHe gave me a mean right hook and my eye was stinging for hours. I got inot my car drove home.....I got stopped my 3 cop cars AND dragged out. I explained I was getting my computer, She said I was drunk and tristed her arm. I passed the field sobriety test but they were the assholes that they alwas are and said we have to take you in for assault.......WHAT ABOUT MY EYE???You couldn;'t see it yet....

After 2 days in jail I got out and had to walk home.....DOPE sick for lack of my methadone for my Fibromyalga.

4 days later I got into a minor accident and scraped my bumper on a gaurd rail. They cop who showed up was the one who opened my mail illegaily. He searche me and took my methadone said it was illegal and I wasn't suppose to have it....I had all the paper work and scripts for it in triplicate....he was an ass....carged me with class b methadone and class e blood pressure medication. I went to the station the next day with more paper work and a dr's note...he put the bottle on the desk behinde the glass and said sorry you can;t have it....I went into withdrawal and was dealthly ill for 4 nights until on the 16 of oct I got into a nother accedient while trying to get to be. They then told the registry of motor vehicles that I was driving under the influence and was gbeing charged with it.....I was never charged and they lied to the registry to get my liscence taken away.

My question is do I have a basis for lawysuite here? I mean they have been lying to insurance, my Dr, the newspaper, It makes me sick that some PIG who fucked up his job is trying to ruin another persons life because he is a miserable prick. I have major health problems and need to have a liscense to get to 4-6 dr appt's per week just to stay alive....



When cops over strep there bounderies they are then considered PIGS and PIGS are the worst scum of the world...probally the ones that were picked on in HS or pissed on in the showers after gym.
