Possible to purchase pure or nearly pure ethanol?

A friend of swims is wondering if it is possible to buy pure ethanol or nearly pure ethanol but still safe for human consumption. I know there is alot of cleaning supplies containing ethanol...is there any products that actually contain drinkable ethanol?
