Purity - How is black tar Heroin "cut" and bagged

SWIM has always been curious about the process of cutting black tar. Do people warm it up and mix in a bunch of crap? Can't tell you how many odd/weird things SWIM has encountered on the bottom of his spoon after a cookup. hair, thread, gelatinous black crap, hard black crap, oily stuff, ground coffee type stuff.... etc.... and that's just the stuff SWIM has SEEN. Anything to make more out of less I guess. But really, how do they do it?

also, with the bagging up, do they warm it up and then sorta drip it into bags or do they just cut it while it's hard?

I absolutely hate the tar, but where SWIM lives in Northern Cali there is NOTHING else. I sure do miss the dope I used to get in Beantown.
