HELP Meth mouth

i have been looking all over....these sores are horrible i know they will
come but can i atleast reduce them?.... A. How do i prevent it...get as few
as possible, preperations.... how do i help the healing proccess?

I hear gargling with warm salty water helps when you've got mouth sores
(or when there's a cut or you just lost a tooth), to dry it out/heal it
up faster. Maybe try that?

To my knowledge jaw-clenching is caused by a lack of the mineral magnesium. Purchase some supplements. Oh, and 'Bonjella' is good for ulcers and cuts.

maybe you can use mouthwash... like colgate's savacol... it'sgot a milder taste to other ones but still gives that numbing effect... but bad thing is everything tastes like cardboard for a little while afterwards...


the fastest healing can be seen inside the mouth, so i guess if you keep you mouth moist and avoid agitating any sore areas, it will heal quite quickly

Alot of problems result from dirty dope (bi-product) from the rxn...which may cause jaw clenching, acne. Your best bet would be to take a break if it bothers you that much. Or find some cleaner dope...good oral hygene also helps of course...Edited by: sitbcknchill
