Injecting - Legal issues and advice from injecting someone else

Swim needs some advice on weather it is wise to inject someone else.
Swim has been asked weather or not he would before and it has come up again lately. Swim was told that the needle would be ready to go but just wants to be hit up by someone else. Swim sees problems with this such as possible legal issues if a overdose happens and problems with finding a vaine.

Swim was up for injecting ketamine into someone else but that was because of it being a IM and less of a chance of overdose.

What would Swiy do?
I am sorry if this has been asked before I did try the search and could not find anything.
