Drug info - Tar or H #3?

Swim recently saw some H although he doesnt know much about it so he is confused on what he saw, he was in Mexico, and someone showed him what was supposed to be pure H the way the people from around there make it (straight from the opium plant). He asked them about black tar and the different kinds of H and they said they didnt know any kind of H other than the one theyve made for generations and that he could call it whatver he wanted lol.
What he saw at first he thought was black tar, since it was a big black/brownish amber like rock.. but he then proceeded to try to crush it, and it was easily broken down into a brown shiny powder... he then tried to put it back into rock form by pressing it together for a while.. it goes back to rock form altho not shiny anymore, just looks like brown powder pressed together.. and it can be broken down into powder again... what is this swim saw?

How pure should it be knowing it has not passed through the hands of anyone other than the makers?

How potent should it be compared to pure white H? half as potent perhaps?

Its a bit sitcky.
