Germany - Raid on Stores selling Spice as smoking blend

Over here in Germany a few shops had been raided by the police last week.

Authorities said the raided shops sold spice as smoking blend.

So if they sold spice as a smoking blend it will definitely be against the german medicines law.

In fact, my ferret runs a store in germany and had to throw out 2 - 4 "customers" in the last two weeks because they wanted to buy spice for smoking purposes, even after my ferret told them that spice is in no way intended or sold for smoking purposes.
They dont wanted to buy spice as an insence, they accentuated the smoking purposes!

In Berlin, a few years ago a seller of salivia divinorum ha been condemmed to pay 16000 Euros because he has old salvia for smoking purposes.
After that it took a few months and salivia divinorum had been registred in the german controlled substances act (BTMG)

So to my ferret this was the old show (seeing these wankXXs in his shop requesting spice for smoking....)

To my ferret it looks like that german authorities immediately want to ban spice, but don't know how to get this fixed.
So they desperately sending some "Agents" out, searching everybody selling spice for smoking purposes. (Agent Provocateur style like the good old STASI)

So a tip from my ferret for shopping germany is:
DO NOT ASK FOR SPICE OR OTHER COMPERABLE PRODUCTS FOR SMOKING PURPOSES !! Because if you are asking this in my ferrets store, my ferret will kick your ass out of the store imediately. (hoping that other ferrets in their stores have left enough brain to also kick them out imediately)

One gets the impression that there is something happening among European law enforcement organisations in relation to certain products sold by headshops and the like.
