baking cacti
hey theree. So some random tried eating 30cm of (fresh)san pedro before but it was too bitter for him so he tried blending it, which made it go all foamy and yucky and he wasnt able to drink it. anyways he decided to try it again and this time he is thinking of;
skinning the waxyness off and removing the spikes cutting it into about 15 strips squirting each strip with lemon juice baking on about 50 degrees (C) until they are dry and then eating like a cracker.. maybe with some sort of cuccumber yogurt dip for flavour ![]() any flaws in this guys plan? anything he should add? also how long do u reckon it would take for them to dry at 50 degrees?
