California Poppies

Hi guys,

As I'm sure you are all aware; it is possible to gain Psychoactive effects from the California Poppy. I have learned this from the internet which has very little information on the actual extraction of the active ingredients, or in fact what part of the plant is smoked, so i wondered if anyone could tell me.
